Our very own CTO Carlton Cummins was mentioned by Barbados Prime Minister, Mia Mottley, in her address to Parliament.
Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Mottley.
So impressed by the work we are doing, Barbados PM, Mia Mottley, summoned our co-founder, Carlton Cummins, to Barbados to discuss how our technology could support larger scale projects. She then went on to mention Carlton directly in her speech to parliament in March 2019. Excerpt from her speech below:
“More will be confident that with the education and training they too can have a great idea, they can develop that idea here, fund it here, and export it to the world from here - just like young Barbadian Carlton Cummins whom we are working with to bring to Barbados the production of his world-beating innovation around long-life, reusable batteries.”
